The Palms is ideally located in North Morro Bay, just 4 hours north of Los Angeles and 4 hours south of San Francisco, on the beautiful Central Coast. The Palms is a stylish home walking distance to the beach, within a small beach community with friendly neighbors and little traffic.
We are close to a very handy Trolley stop for a ride into town (The Embarcadero) for restaurants, shopping, boat rides, whale watching, sport fishing, etc.... No need to drive once you get here. Just bring the groceries and you are all set!

This house was prefect! It was beautiful, comfortable and had all the amenities and then some. The house was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with many necessities. It is a quick easy walk to one of my favorite beaches and a very short drive to down town. There is also a ton to do and see around Morro Bay; The Palms was in the middle of it all which made exploring easy! Beside the location of the house, one of my other favorite things was the hot tub in the backyard; sitting out there at night relaxing and looking at the gorgeous stars. Yet I think the guys in our group would say the best thing about it was the huge flat screen TV, wireless internet connection, and the ping pong table! Regardless of what each one of us liked best there was something for everyone! I grew up going to Morro Bay, but many of my friends had never been there. Not only did they enjoy the area, but they also could not stop talking about what a good find the house was. When I was planning this trip I must have looked at about 100 houses; I am so glad I decided on The Palms. The owner provided amazing customer service. We had a few special requests and she was very willing to work each one out. Everyone is already talking about the next trip back; to the area and to this house! I would recommend this property to everyone! The Palms is now one of my new favorite places if you are lucky enough to stay there I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we did!

The summer is gorgeous but fall and winter are also beautiful in Morro Bay. We have several Snowbirds that love to escape to paradise from the colds of Colorado and the like. We offer reasonable monthly rates for Jan, Feb, March, April & May so if you are looking for a place to land for a month or two think of beautiful Morro Bay. You will love it!

Think fun for the whole family; The Hearst Castle is just a short 30 minutes away, searching the tide pools for shells, bird watching at our beautiful wild life estuary, take a Wine Tasting Tour at our areas many world renown Wineries, and, for the golfers, don't forget we have many championship golf courses where you can hone your golfing skills for your next tournament. Enjoy short jaunts to San Luis Obispo for shopping or Cayucos and Cambria for antiques or live theater, or just have fun in the sun while enjoying the breathtaking views and natural beauty of The Central Coast of California.
